What you'll do
In this photography class, you'll learn to capture the beauty of nature all around you using whatever camera you usually use.
We will cover both macro shots and wider environmental shots using a smartphone or DSLR.
We will go through a few different approaches on how to shoot nature, using shallow depth of field as well as following the sun to make this part of your shots.
This workshop is designed for all skill levels, DSLR or smartphone.
Your teacher
Mel has been a Sydney based commercial photographer for 20+ years.
Based in Sydney, she has travelled the world over for her clients shooting portraits, buildings, sunsets and beach resorts.
A strong balance of understanding in technical aspects of the camera and lighting as well as communicating intuitively, Mel has cultivated her skills to create a unique and approachable style.
She also coaches budding photographers to grow their businesses into successful profitable and fun careers.
In her free time she loves walking the streets with her dog shooting streetscapes and sunsets.
