Hi!We are Ocean & Oussema, founders of O’s Tunisian Kitchen.Through our restaurant pop-ups across Sydney, we’ve been introducing people to the unique and flavourful cuisine of Tunisia. It’s been wonderful seeing people discover and fall in love with flavours they’ve never experienced before.Our passion for Tunisian food comes from Oussema’s grandmother, Souad, who at 95 years old continues to inspire us with her cooking, knowledge and love for food.The purpose of our classes is to share some of that passion, knowledge and warmth that has been passed down to us.Our classes will be a mix of exploring the historical and modern influences of Tunisian cuisine, discovering flavours through smelling and tasting traditional ingredients, and getting hands-on with preparing a few authentic Tunisian dishes.We hope you leave with more than just recipes, but a little piece of Tunisian culture too!
