What you'll do
Turn your celebration into a private R&B Club Night. For one hour, your group drops the responsibilities of adult life and dances like nobody’s watching to old-school R&B and 2000s hip-hop bangers, from Usher to Destiny’s Child. This is dance fitness with zero pressure: no steps to learn, no mirrors and no choreography to get right. Our instructor leads the energy while you dance, sing along and laugh your way through a real workout that never feels like exercise. We dim the lights, add your song requests to the playlist, and give the bride or birthday girl her moment in the spotlight. We’ll also film a few clips so you can relive it afterwards.Perfect for hens parties, birthdays and girls’ nights. Or no occasion at all, because sometimes you just need a night out with your people. No experience needed; the more nervous you are, the more you’ll love it.What’s included:
- Private classes for groups of 8–15 at our studio
- 60-minute private class with an experienced instructor
- Your song requests added to the playlist
- A spotlight moment for the guest of honour
- Video clips of your group to keep

Your teacher
Let Loose! is a dance fitness studio in Macquarie Park, and our R&B classes are an hour away from adulting.Adult life is full of responsibilities. Work needs something from you. Family needs something. Your inbox, your bills, your group chat all need something. For one hour, we drop all of it. Nobody needs anything from you. You just turn the music up and let go.Since opening in May 2026, more than 300 people have danced with us. Some haven’t danced since their clubbing days, some come straight from work, and some swear they have two left feet. Within ten minutes they’re all singing along to Usher and Destiny’s Child, hands in the air, completely lost in it.It’s a real workout, so you’ll sweat. It just never feels like exercise. There are no mirrors, no tricky choreography and nobody watching to see if you get the steps right. Just old-school R&B and 2000s hip-hop bangers, and permission to be a little bit ridiculous. The thing people tell us most after class is, “I feel like me again.”Our instructors live for that moment. They bring joy and fun to every class, and they have a gift for getting the shyest person in the room to let go.Our private classes bring that same energy to your celebration: hens, birthdays and girls’ nights. It’s your own private Club Night: lights down, your song requests on the playlist, and a moment in the spotlight for the bride or birthday girl. No steps to learn, just an hour of dancing, laughing and letting go together, with a few clips to remember it by.No experience needed. Just bring your people and leave adulting at the door.
