Join us for a very special oyster and semillon masterclass in our Ngara event space overlooking Sydney Harbour.
We've roped in oyster expert and Royal Agricultural Society judge Frank Theodore, who's worked for more than four decades with the best farmers in the country, sourcing prized bivalves from unpolluted waters in national park environments, which he supplies to some of the best chefs in Australia.
But wait, there's more!
We're also celebrating Tyrrell's flagship release of its famed semillons, with tastings (led by CEO Chris Tyrrell) of the 2021 vintage Winemakers Selection Vat 1 Semillon, Single Vineyard Stevens Semillon, Single Vineyard HVD Semillon, and Single Vineyard Belford Semillon. All while finding their perfect oyster match.
We'll kick off the night with a glass of Tyrrells Blanc de Blanc.

The venue is a short walk from both the Glebe and Wentworth Park stops on the Light rail's Dulwich Hill line. Parking is available at basement level in the new Sydney Fish Market. Signposted rates apply.
