In our paint and sip studio, you will learn how to paint using acrylic paints and palette knives. Together with step by step guidance, you will paint an abstract canvas artwork of Frida Kahlo!
If you have never painted before or never used palette knives, don't stress! This is a beginner-friendly class with plenty of guidance and lots of easy to learn techniques. If you didn’t want to silhouette Frida you are welcome to bring your own design.
We do specialise in small groups so we can give you a more personalised experience. We promise you won't get lost in a crowd! Don't forget to BYO your favourite beverages and snacks to help get your creative juices flowing.
At the end of this hands-on and relaxing painting class, you will take home your own unique artwork of Frida and a heap of new painting skills.

Tennyson Studio is my Ceramic Art and Paint N Sip Studio in Gladesville in Sydney. I took up ceramics and acrylic painting workshops as a hobby back in 1996, did US Ambassadors Ceramics Course with Duncan in 1998 and upon quitting my fulltime job, opened my studio in 2001.
We have been creating and inspiring anyone who has never painted before to unwind, create, and paint for the joy and therapeutic benefits. We are all about enjoying the experience with us especially if you have never painted or worked with ceramics before.
Our Introduction class session is a great way to see if you would like to join us in a course. We also offer kids and adult birthday parties, hens parties, corporate team bonding, school holiday workshops and kids art classes.
