Master the art of pasta making and cannoli making at the ultimate Italian cooking class in Sydney!

In the heart of Circular Quay at Salt Meats Cheese, you'll learn how to create their signature fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from expert chefs using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques.

During the class, we'll break for some authentic homemade pizza made by the experts that will make your mouth water!

Along with pasta, you'll also learn how to pipe and decorate fresh ricotta cannolis. An irresistible dessert! Plus, don't worry if you've never made pasta or cannoli before. This cooking class in Sydney has been designed with the beginner in mind.

Once the cooking is finished, you'll sit down and enjoy your delicious fettuccine and sweet cannoli and take home all the recipes and skills so you can recreate this feast at home.

As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! You can pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for three hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers. Simply add this optional add-on to your cart when booking.

The experience overall was very fun and with the amount of food we ate and made was certainly worth it. However the initial impression was poor — the people behind the bar made it feel rushed and stressful despite everyone arriving before 2. We didn’t feel very accommodated for and hurried. The host was also very quiet and hence we missed a lot of information on the steps and history of the ingredients. Having known the expected business of the weekend and small mic pack would have amplified the experience and provided better hearing to the instructions.

Had a really fun time making pasta with an excellent teacher and great venue. Making the Cannoli were fun as well but I would have liked to see how the actual shells were made too. Food was excellent I would recommend this fun activity to anyone.

Being honest I expected more. The atmosphere of the classes was very flat. The instructor wasn’t hyped and didn’t guide us properly through the experience. Yes we ended up with home made pasta but the way how we get there was disappointing

Loved the pasta making class with Georgia - I received this as a birthday gift. Attended on my own but met some lovely people and had a fabulous time. The food was amazing - not just the pasta but also pizza and cannoli and plenty to take home afterwards as well.

Was okay. Got to make pasta, and it tasted good. But the actual experience itself felt boring. The teacher didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and couldn’t really hear her when explaining.

I don’t think they planned properly in advance for the class because we were one of the last people to arrive and there wasn’t enough seats. So my partner and I had to scramble for a chair and had to ask others to move over, very uncomfortable experience no assistance from the staff member until after the fact.

Also got lost getting there, it’ll help if details of location could be provided to customers prior as the restaurant is actually into a building and up 2 escalators (depending).

I've never been to a pasta making class and this was a great way to learn with the pizza, pasta and cannoli provided.

The teacher was great at explaining the process of how to make and roll out the pasta, however I felt that she lacked positive energy and building rapport with the class. Seeing that there were a few Mothers there for Mother's day, there was no acknowledgement of that. It would've been great if she tried to engage with the class besides just instructing how to make pasta and pipe cannoli. Otherwise the tools provided and structure of the class was great. I would recommend this to others. Thank you.

Needs amplification when addressing class - background noise level does not enhance her efforts. More hints for cooking & storing pasta would be useful. And filling bought-in cannolli is not the same as making cannoli on site. Good effort, but room for improvement.

We really enjoyed making Pasta at Salt, Meat, cheese.

The venue was clean and well presented and had a nice atmosphere.

The host was great, explaining things in detail during her demonstration and came around to give everyone individual help as needed.

We left having learned how to make pasta and with very full belly’s + leftovers for days.
The food was definitely worth the price alone.

This class was really accessible and well suited to all skill levels. We learnt how to make the pasta from scratch, and how to fill cannoli.
The teacher was excellent and entertaining. Very patient with getting everyone through the process, and had lots of fun stories to tell along the way.
The food (both our pasta and the mid-point pizza was so good. Plenty of food for everyone.
