  • 4/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Sep 2023: The experience overall was very fun and with the amount of food we ate and made was certainly worth it. However the initial impression was poor — the people behind the bar made it feel rushed and stressful despite everyone arriving before 2. We didn’t feel very accommodated for and hurried. The host was also very quiet and hence we missed a lot of information on the steps and history of the ingredients. Having known the expected business of the weekend and small mic pack would have amplified the experience and provided better hearing to the instructions.
