What you'll do
If you're searching for things to do on the Gold Coast this weekend, look no further! Come and master two ultimate Italian delights, pasta and cannoli, in this cooking class in Surfers Paradise.
In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how to create Salt Meat Cheese's signature fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from expert chefs using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques.
During the class, we'll break for some authentic homemade pizza made by the experts that will make your mouth water! And for dessert, you will learn how to make a sweetened cannoli ricotta cream to fill your cannoli shells and decorate them to your liking.
Once the cooking is finished, you'll sit down and enjoy your delicious fettuccine and sweet cannoli and take home all the recipes and skills so you can recreate this feast at home.
As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! You can pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for two hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers. Simply add this optional add-on to your cart when booking.
