Our pasta cooking class is a fun and hands on class where our experts will teach you how to make fresh pasta from scratch!

You will learn how to make pasta dough using fresh ingredients, how to roll out the dough using a pasta machine and finally how to create delicious fresh pasta on your own!

Enjoy a light antipasto snack while dough is resting and then after all the hard work has been done we will join together to enjoy the pasta we have created over a glass of wine. Class minimum 6 persons, class maximum 30 persons. Ticket includes class, recipe card, light antipasto snack, pasta meal & glass of wine/beer or soft drink.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.
