Guided by our Pizza Masters, you will learn the inside info on what flour to use for pizza dough, how much resting time it needs, how to roll the dough into the ideal thickness for deliciousness. Then, of course, sauce, toppings and how to make it utterly heavenly!
We don’t want you drooling over your pizza dough, so sip on a glass of wine/beer and graze your way through some antipasto as you wait in anticipation of your creation.
Then devour your sizzling wood-fired pizza creation at the end of this masterclass! You’ll go home armed with a recipe card and the necessary experience to make more pizza at home.

I have just ordered a wood fired pizza oven and wanted some tips and hands on tips on pizza making. I took my daughter and her husband with me and we all had a ball. Christian was very informative and helpful and gave me some great tips. We all had great fun making the dough and then making our own pizzas. Excellent value for money with a glass of wine and antipasto thrown in.

Very knowledgeable instructor. I little hard to hear and understand (at times). Would appreciate more info ( leaflets) on pastry making options and standing times as I missed a lot of the instructions. Would also have liked a quick overview on the oven and cooking tips.

What a fantastic afternoon Loved our authentic pizza class. We learnt so many tips & tricks to use when making pizzas in our wood fired pizza oven at home.
Christian was very patient, informative and good fun and we all had a wonderful afternoon with lots of laughs, good wine, great pizzas and company. Thoroughly recommend it! Thank you so much! We will be back for the pasta class!
