You'll learn how to mix your own pouring medium and paints to achieve the ideal consistency for your chosen technique. Understanding how to layer your paint in the cup and how to pour it will significantly impact your final artwork.Our patient instructor will guide you through the basic techniques, demonstrating how to apply a beautiful base coat on your canvas and then add intricate designs with a stunning array of colours. You'll also have the opportunity to unleash your inner artist by using a mini blower (if you choose the Dutch Pour technique) or even your own breath to manipulate the paint and create captivating abstract art. This workshop encourages creativity and experimentation with different techniques to achieve unique results.What makes this workshop special is the small class size, allowing for individual attention with a maximum of five participants. This ensures our dedicated teacher can offer personalised assistance to each student, making it a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a fun activity or a relaxing way to express their artistic side.Please note that you will be working on two 12x16 inch canvases, which will remain wet for a few days after the session. You can leave them at the teacher’s studio for later pickup (allow at least a week).
