In this beginner-friendly session, you will learn the secrets to making, shaping and filling the perfect spinach and ricotta ravioli, just like nonna! Enjoy drinks, a shared antipasto platter and, of course, your own hand-made ravioli throughout the class.

Our delicious ravioli meal will be cooked up and served back to the group family-style, with incredible sauces, lashings of cheese and a glass of wine to knock it all down.

As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! You can pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for two hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers – just add this addition to your cart when booking, Let's learn how to make and fill ravioli from scratch together!

Since our inception in 2012, we have expanded our NSW locations to Broadway, Circular Quay and Drummoyne plus our Sydney beachside additions Cronulla and Dee Why.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, Newstead plus our sister venues La Costa, Cielo Rooftop, Eterna, La Valle and The Parlour, all located in Fortitude Valley!

The Ravioli class was so much fun we learnt so much and the teacher was awesome so enthusiastic and Patient. The food in between was delicious and the drinks package was great I did feel however the start of the class when we were at the bar the gentleman and bar staff were a bit flustered and unorganised as to what they were doing. Overall we had a brilliant time and would love to do some of your other classes.

This is the second time I have done this class now, this time at the Circular Quay location. I did the class a few years back and was very happy to see the same teacher/chef again! She makes the class really fun - the drinks package is also great! We learn some new skills, had delicious food and lots of wine!

This was such a fun class! The teacher was passionate and knowledgeable, and the process was easy to follow. We also got an arrival drink and a pizza lunch - Excellent value for a fun day.
