Hi, My name is Sasha and I'd love to teach with you how to make fresh cheese in your own kitchen using store bought milk, basic kitchen equipment and a Mad Millie Cheese kit.
I've been making and teaching basic cheese making for over 10 years across Australia and New Zealand and am very excited to be able to offer this virtually now.
