Had a fantastic experience and produced an awesome knife. Jamie and the crew at Nordic Edge were very calm, patient and personable. An absolutely blast of a day, and stoked to show off my knife in the kitchen!

Wagashi Dessert Making Private Class

Kathryn's class was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and welcoming and a fantastic teacher. We left the class feeling calm and relaxed having taken some time to engage in our creative sides. The class is great value for money, and was the perfect addition to our trip to the Mountains.
