I went to Theresa’s one day workshop twice previously and really enjoyed it and wanted to dive deeper so I decided to do this 8 week beginners course.

It was a great experience and as always Theresa is very knowledgeable and just made the whole course enjoyable and relax.

Highly recommended and I will look forward to joining more classes run by Theresa in the future.
