This class was fun, lonely teacher and nice atmosphere. I'm glad I did it. Some room for improvement:

- There were supposed to be 8 people in the class but only 5 showed up-- I'm really glad because it would have been way too crowded with 8 people .

- It would have been nicer to have the directions at the beginning of the class so we could have taken notes directly on them (and corrected the typos)

- I would have appreciated a vegan option for the dough recipe

The teacher was friendly, clear, confident and competent. Demonstrated easy to follow steps well. After the demonstration, it was easy to build our own macaron by giving us some pre-made ingredients.

Sometimes it was hard to hear the teacher because the room was very noisy. I also wish there had been an option to make vegan macarons.

I really enjoyed this class and like how my desserts turned out. There were some logistical issues that made things more challenging though. I didn't realise there was pre-work for the class as nothing in the confirmation email suggested this, and I'd been saving the kit I got to open on the day of the class. Little did I know, I was supposed to have prepared two doughs the day before! I think it would really be helpful to have the red and white bean pastes included in the kit rather than having to make them myself. Otherwise, the class wear very enjoyable. Thank you!
