What you'll do
Have you had that desire to learn how to bake the perfect cookie?
Learn that secret recipe from your teacher in this hands-on baking workshop. You will be actually blending the ingredients and baking the cookies that are just perfect in all aspects - not only the shapes but in taste and texture too!
Your teacher will provide all the raw ingredients like flour, eggs, baking powder, condiments and more.
You will also make your own personalised fondant discs of any kind of messages you may want to emboss. May that be "I Love You Maria" or "Happy 8th Jackson" or "Thank You Bob" or "Will you Marry Me Pal" or anything else you desire!
It will be fun to discuss the troubleshooting tips as well in terms of what may go wrong while baking cookies or working with fondant discs and how to rescue the situation.
The class will be hosted in the open kitchen at the lovely penthouse apartment overlooking wide-open views of the Sydney CBD.
There will be complimentary nibbles and herbal tea provided (based on the availability in the teacher's pantry) and the class will be concluded as everyone devours the healthy and delicious dessert we have made!

I have always had that intuitive urge to 'create' something with a purpose: a new vegetarian recipe, a cake that would still be calorie-friendly, a soap that would nourish my skin with essential oils, a paining that would tell a story of my childhood, a candle that would smell divine?
By day, I am a fulltime ICT Professional helping product teams build great software applications that deliver an awesome User experience. In my moonlight hours and occasionally on weekends, I enjoy this experience of facilitating crafts workshops at my adorable apartment thereby follow my own passion (thank God I found a way), do what I love (or else no point yea), exercise my entrepreneurial skills (or at least I would think so), stay emotionally healthy (this one is real), meet new people (when Sydney reportedly is world's 3rd worst city to make new friends), and do my bit of promoting mental health.
