Fun to make the dumplings, great ingredients provided. Slow start to the class we were told to arrive at 1145 but the class didn't start till almost 1230. Got to make plenty of dumplings to share, would recommend.

This was a really fun class! We cooked teriyaki sauce from scratch, then put it on chicken skewers which we grilled, we did deep fried pork schnitzels, and my favourite was the okonomiyaki pancake. All food was provided, and the class moved a good speed allowing everyone to keep up and participate. The teacher was authentic and very considerate, and we got to eat everything we made. Tip: arrive hungry! It was a fun way to spend 2.5-3 hours and I'd highly recommend it!
