Paul is as great teacher - learnt sooo much. Seemed so easy when he told us the little tips and tricks, they will pimp up my cooking and I can’t wait to have people over and show off!
Venue was great, easy to get to - we had everything we needed and it was very relaxing.
We ate the 3 courses we cooked with a cheeky glass of wine, and all were restaurant quality - so happy !
Paul made the morning so much fun and the time just flew by.

It was good but I think I should have gone to an intermediate glass. Picked up 2 great tips, and the lovely lady running the course was amazing
