A five star sourdough experience with Marion! The location is 8 minutes walking distance from North Sydney train station or ample street parking nearby. Marion has a beautiful, immaculate apartment and is a fabulous hostess. We learned how to score and bake our sourdough for after the class, and how to use sourdough discard for crackers (delicious) and pancakes (also delicious). We made our own sourdough loaf to bake at home as well as our own sourdough starters. Marion served us a delightful charcuterie board with sourdough bread and crackers then pancakes afterwards. We received a goodie bag with flours to keep our starter going for a few days, as well as the banneton, bread lame blade and an email with all the steps and recipes covered off during the class. This class is good value for money, especially considering the length of the class, the food served and the additional inclusions. Lots of helpful discussion around common mistakes and tips for success. Fantastic experience and I highly recommend - thank you!

A great afternoon making halloumi! The location was easy to find and parking is available on nearby streets. We kicked off with bubbles and a demonstration then made our own cheese. The instructor was excellent, detailed and informative - a mini science lesson on cheese making. The set up is aimed at couples/groups but I was a single and had heaps of fun on my own. Highly recommend this and I'll be back to make the other cheeses. I suggest ordering a cheese board as well as those looked fabulous, but you can BYO your own if you prefer. The bubbles were not stingy - freely flowing. This is excellent value for money.
