Ricotta Cheese Making, Ravioli and Rosé Class
Efelyn our chef was fabulous. Really fun, clear instructions and suddenly we were cheese & pasta makers Our burnt butter and rosemary sauce over spinach & ricotta ravioli was superb! (even if we do say so ourselves!) Excellent venue too at Omnom! Highly recommend this class.

Great venue- knowledgeable teacher. This was really fun! Lovely extra’s with a complimentary drink on arrival and antipasto mid-course! Our pizzas were delicious!

This was such fun. Christian is completely authentic - a great hands on teacher. Venue was perfect, equipment and everything all supplied. We just turned up and from scratch made our own fresh delicious fettuccine, then raviolis then tortellini. I’d recommend it for anyone who wants to make great pasta at home.
