At this exciting class, you'll sip on a refreshing Aperol Spritz while learning to make both ricotta and ravioli from scratch. Finish with a sit-down meal of our amazing creations with a glass of Rosé.

We'll take you through a brief history and the theory of making perfect pasta, before you get your hands dirty mixing, kneading and rolling out your own pasta dough. While the dough rests, you’ll learn to make your own ricotta using store-bought milk.

Finally, fill and seal your ravioli with mouth-watering spinach and ricotta filling that will have you coming back for more!

This is a cheese making and pasta making class for beginners, which will leave you confident in your own ability to whip up pasta and ricotta in your own kitchen.

Bring your own containers and take home your extra ravioli and your hand-crafted ricotta to enjoy!

This class is great for fun team building activities in Sydney, hens party ideas and other private events.

Sigrid was a wonderful teacher! Very friendly and always came around to check everyone was on track. The workshop was very friendly for beginners, and the pasta tasted amazing! At the end, you also get your pasta cooked for you in a delicious sauce and can eat it with a glass of rose. So great!

A very fun class making ricotta cheese and different types of pasta, with a delicious meal of our own hand-made pasta and lots to take home as well! Our teacher was lovely and encouraging. All materials were provided and the space was modern and had the perfect ambiance, with a great playlist as well as rosé and apérol spritz to sip on while making our pasta. Will definitely be back for another class in the future!

Efelyn our chef was fabulous. Really fun, clear instructions and suddenly we were cheese & pasta makers Our burnt butter and rosemary sauce over spinach & ricotta ravioli was superb! (even if we do say so ourselves!) Excellent venue too at Omnom! Highly recommend this class.

Great class, and I learnt a lot! I was surprised at how much I have retained, and I'll definitely be using these skills in the future and making my own cheese and pasta (sometimes). Our teacher was really helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I attended solo, and the rest of the class was couples and groups, I still enjoyed myself. Highly recommended.

This was really enjoyable class, nice to do with a group and perhaps a little later in the day to enjoy a few drinks too.
We learnt a lot about pasta making and the simple and easy process.
We then got to eat our pasta and it was delicious . Evelyn was our teacher and was so lovely, very informative and helpful. The other girl was also really lovely and helpful too.
I did this class with my sons (one pictured below) and its a really lovely thing that we can continue on to do at home, thankyou.
