Hi, my friend and I took this welding class as we wanted to learn about welding for art purposes. Though the class was not what we expected - this is actually construction welding we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were by far the worst welders there, but we had a good laugh at our mistakes. The teacher was very patient with us and had to spend a bit more time with us than the other participants (we were very bad, sorry other participants). We realised we needed soldering classes, we enjoyed the class and have a better understanding of the complexities of welding. If you want to learn proper construction welding this is a good class to take.

Hi my sister and I participated in the loom weaving class, we had a great time and came away with rugs we are both very happy with. The teacher Su was very knowledgeable and friendly, helping us make the best rug we could. The venue was very easily accessed from Redfern station only a couple of minutes walk and there was a cafe and IGA nearby where we were able to get food and coffee - we were doing the class on a Sunday so the fact that the cafe was open was great because we were able to get lunch there. The venue is in the old Locomotive store and is a very interesting building. The materials supplied were of very good quality and we were able to choose the colours that we wanted for our rugs and tweak the designs to our preferences. My only negative was the room was quite hot for me, to other people it might have been a perfect temperature, perhaps a standup fan in the room may have helped, as the air con was building controlled. Al in all my sister and I had a great time and I would highly recommend this class.

Lovely teacher with lot's of knowledge, warm and inviting environment. She prepared (cut) all the food so we could concentrate on cooking. Had a great time

Teacher was very good, materials great. Location good coffee shops and gelato nearby. Will do the longer class next year

Had a great time at the class the teacher was very helpful and friendly. Venue was good and we were able to find street parking nearby though it was 2 hr so we did have to move car.
