Good quality meat but the rubs used seemed to contain a large amount of salt.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day of learning to do mosaic work. Meryl and her assistants are full of knowledge and able to impart it in an easy to understand way. Equipment and products good. Looking forward to doing some more work at this studio
