Janeen is a great teacher and is super knowledgeable. I found this class very informative and interactive and had a lot of fun! The cakes tasted delicious too. Would highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to give sponge cakes a go. Super simple and reproducible! Fun class :)

The class was very informative and I learnt a lot of new skills. Janeen the teacher is fabulous! She’s is so knowledgeable and patient. I was able to learn about piping and enjoyed being able to practice the skills in the class. The ingredients were very fresh and great quality too. I feel more confident that I will be able to make beautiful cakes myself at home for family events. I will definitely be booking into more of her classes. Thank you Janeen!
