I'm Yulia, co-founder of NICE HAIR, a professional hair extensions brand, training academy, and beauty salon with locations in Dubai and Samara.My journey in the hair industry began almost 15 years ago, and what started as a passion for creating beautiful hair has grown into something much bigger.Over the years, my team and I have developed our own hair extension techniques, established our own production, and built a brand trusted by clients and hairstylists around the world.What makes me truly passionate about hair extensions is the transformation they create. It's not just about adding length or volume — it's about helping people feel more beautiful, confident, and comfortable with themselves.I especially love teaching because I believe that great techniques and professional knowledge should be shared. Through our NICE HAIR Academy, we help hairstylists develop practical skills, understand hair quality, master professional extension methods, and grow their own businesses.One thing that makes our approach special is that we don't just teach hair extensions — we work with them every single day.
