What you'll do
Looking for a fun, creative night out on the Northern Beaches? Join us for a relaxed sip and paint session in a cosy Balgowlah studio.This isn’t a step-by-step class—everyone works on their own idea, with guidance and support from your hosts, Veronica and Belen, who both have years of experience exploring different painting styles and creative techniques. It’s all about having a go, switching off and enjoying the process rather than getting it “perfect.”You’ll paint on two 20x30 cm canvas boards, giving you the chance to experiment, play and see what comes out of it. All materials are provided, along with a selection of nibbles to share. Just bring your drink of choice and settle in.It’s a great option for a catch-up with friends, a date night or even coming solo and doing something a bit different.You’ll head home with your two pieces and hopefully feel more relaxed, inspired and glad you took the time to switch off.

Over the years, I’ve explored different painting techniques—from watercolour and acrylic to oils—and a variety of crafts like macramé. I’m naturally curious and love learning and creating with my hands.I created these workshops from a simple idea: to offer a space where people can slow down, disconnect from the everyday rush, and reconnect with their creativity. Even as someone who loves art, I know how hard it can be to make time for it—so these experiences are designed for you to just show up, relax, and enjoy.Through Sip & Paint, Clay & Sip, and other creative sessions, I focus on creating a warm, welcoming environment where there’s no pressure—just space to explore, play, and be present.I love teaching because I get to share something that brings me joy and see others reconnect with theirs.
