What you'll do
Reignite that creative spark with Senoritas' Art Workshop's online paint and sip class and learn how to create your own interpretation of this colourful painting! Join our workshop online live, paint with us, break for lunch, and learn to paint fabulous!
In this beginner-friendly virtual class, a friendly art instructor will guide you step by step on how to create a dramatic painting of Protea Passion. Celebrate the beauty of this native flower and all it's colours by creating layers with heavy-bodied acrylic paint and texture using a palette knife.
You'll start by drawing the outline and then get hands-on mixing colours and developing depth with light and shade! It's a really fun thing to do at home with friends and a wonderful handmade gift to give to a loved one once you're finished.
At the end of this online class, you'll have your very own completed Protea Passion artwork to display in your home and admire. The photos from previous students, show you the results that you can achieve at this workshop even if you are a first-time painter!
Please note: You have the option to turn your finished artwork into a greeting card with your name on the back of each card. Please contact your teacher for pricing.

What you'll get in your craft kit
- Two canvases (40cm x 30cm).
- Eight acrylic paints (heavy-bodied gloss thick paint).
- A tub of modelling paste.
- Four brushes.
- Gesso brush.
- One palette knife.
- Palette paper sheets.
- Additional white paint.
- Additional special colour.
- A silk rose hair comb.
- Two greeting cards.
What you'll need
- BYO glass of wine or a cuppa or cocktail.
- Two water jars to clean your brushes in.
- An apron or wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit dirty.

The Senoritas' Art Workshop started in 2019 when Nikki Carter invited 5 friends to come to a full day workshop who had never painted. They all painted amazing paintings and proved that all you need is an Art Guide or Instructor to help you with each step of the painting and someone to help make you brave! Nikki paints every day, working with students and commissions, her passion for painting, colour and fun inspires first-time painters. Nikki finds that astonishing results are achieved from people that don't think they can draw or paint!
