At this fun hands-on and demonstration cooking class you will learn how to cook some South American favourites.

From Brazilian churrasco to Argentinian street foods, the format of the class is "picada" which translates to finger food. That is how people get together around barbecues in South America and eat the food as it comes out of the grill in a very relaxed, friendly and familiar environment.

On arrival, we will grill an Argentinian street food favourite “Choripan” with chimichurri. Followed by Picanha accompanied by “Pao de queijo” warm soft cheese rolls, and traditional gaucho style chicken wings marinated in a Brazilian classic.

We'll finish up with Brazilian Churrascaria Style Grilled Pineapple, Cinnamon and Sugar.

The class will be held ina public space at the back of Clontarf Reserve where there is Free parking all day - Clontarf Reserve, Sandy Bay Road, Clontarf NSW

The teacher can also travel within 25km of Clontarf for private classes
