My name is Jess, and I am the founder of Sovereign Soul. For over a decade, I have been on a journey of healing and self-discovery. I haven't always been committed to this path—like all of us, I've faced moments where distractions have led me off course. However, through these experiences, I've come to understand that while we may be imperfect as humans, our souls—our spirit—are inherently perfect, indestructible and eternal. This is the essence of who we truly are. At Sovereign Soul, my mission is to guide you back to your authentic self, helping you weave together the spiritual and human aspects of your being. In these carefully curated journey’s, I create a safe space where you can finally take that deep breath you’ve been longing to take in the midst of life’s modern challenges - allowing you to relax, release what no longer serves you and step into your true authentic power.I take a holistic approach to well-being, addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of self.
