Sunflowers Fineliner Drawing Workshop

Participants will be guided step-by-step by our experienced artist and educator to create a fun and exciting line art rendering of sunflowers! This lesson introduces students to decorative line art techniques using different sizes of SAKURA pigment fineliner pens. Students will learn to incorporate dots, short lines and circles to create texture and depth while also understanding composition techniques by incorporating sunflowers of varying sizes and distances to form a complete artwork. Meet the Artist Suzy Zhao is an artist from the Chongqing Municipality, China. After receiving her Bachelor of Visual Communication Design from the acclaimed Chongqing University of Education, Suzy has taught visual arts at a number of highly respected schools and art centres in her native China and Australia.Her passion for painting, drawing and photography and comprehensive knowledge of techniques have made her a sought-after member of our Castle Hill team.
