Hi! I'm a certified food handler and sushi maker offering private sushi experiences in your home or office.
Most sushi chefs focus only on food, but I offer more – an experience of Japanese culture through sushi.
I majored in Cultural Anthropology and offer commentary and conversation around Japanese tradition, food philosophy, and meaning.
As for cooking sushi, I teach you mainly roll, because it's useful for you.
  • Hosomaki (small finger sushi)
  • Hutomaki (usually you find in city)
  • Uramaki (designed)
I use vegetable, chicken, and so on. (without raw fish)
