Hello, my name is Lisa Tu. I am a proud mother of three who loves being artistic and creative. My works of edible art are inspired by my passion for florals, nature and art. I was a primary school teacher in my early-mid 20s.

My mission is to teach and guide you to creating gorgeous edible floral 'bouqcakes'. Let’s enhance our minds and happiness through piping flowers.

We are a fully registered and insured business with the Hills Shire Council. This includes our Food Safety Certificate.
