Travel Photography Masterclass for Intermediates

Are you looking to finally shake the dust off your camera that hasn’t been used since your last travel adventure? Join Sydney Photographic Workshops for this fun travel photography class for intermediates to get some tips on how to get the best photos for your next adventure.

This workshop will inspire your creative eye and help you build on your photography skills. Throughout this class, you’ll be guided by expert photographer Benjamin Lee, who will give you some special tips and tricks to help you frame and capture a beautiful shot.

You will also have our Head Tutor, Daniel Linnet, M.Photog., AIPP. supporting Ben on the day. That’s two photographers to a maximum of 10 participants!

Daniel has done his own travels building a collection of stunning imagery from within South East Asia, Egypt, Greece, India and extensively throughout the Australian outback. In addition to Ben and Daniel, you will also have a hostess attending to all of your catering needs on this fully catered exceptional day out.

Our locations are carefully curated by Ben and Daniel to ensure a rich diversity of landscape and people in a precious selection of locations. We are sure that you will find them both intriguing, interesting and a delight to photograph whilst you are being supported and trained in all aspects of professional Travel Photography.

This photography class will start in the Sydney Photographic Workshops studio, with a brief presentation before you get to venture throughout Sydney city. You get to discover the sights of Sydney and take photos almost all of the day. In this class, you will learn everything from equipment familiarisation to portraiture and landscape techniques and so much more!

If you’re a keen camera-lover who’s ready to up their portfolio with stunning travel pictures, then this course would be a fun activity for you! It’ll leave you feeling confident in your creative eye, and excited to get back behind the lens for your next adventure.

This is an intermediate level photography class. We recommend completing a beginner's course first.

You will need to bring your fully-charged camera (DSLR or mirrorless camera), interchangeable lenses, memory cards, camera accessories such as a tripod, lens filters, your camera manual and some excitement.
