What's better than pasta? Vegan pasta! At this Sydney vegan cooking class, you, a group of your friends or your team can learn how to make authentic Italian plant-based pasta dishes.

In this hands-on class, which is perfect for beginners, corporate groups and hens parties alike, we will guide you through the steps of creating and shaping your own vegan fettuccine and spaghetti pasta. Not only that, but you will learn how to cause a stir with some flavoursome sauces packed with fresh veggies and herbs.

Whilst you cook up a storm, you're bound to get a bit peckish, so let us serve you some wine and beer to sip on as well as a generous helping of Verdure fritte and Pizzetta to be going along with.

After all the hard work and pasta-patience, you will be able to dig into your delicious vegan pasta. Your authentic creation can be served two ways, tomato passata and a swiss brown mushroom, porcini jus or cashew parmesan and sage sauce.

This masterclass is the perfect way to reward your team with a pasta-perfection office party or as a unique team-building activity!

The below bottomless beverage packages are available as additional add-ons when booking private classes and are priced per person at the checkout:

  • Standard package: A selection of house white, red, rosé, prosecco, and sparkling wines, tap beers and soft drinks.
  • Premium package: A selection of premium white, red, rosé, prosecco and sparkling wines, bottled cider, tap beers and soft drink.
  • Cocktail package:A selection of three of our signature cocktails, Aperol Spritz, Sunset Negroni and Espresso Martini, plus house white, red, rosé, prosecco, and sparkling wines, tap beers and soft drinks.
  • Due to our RSA policy, if you purchase a bottomless drinks package for one person in your booking/party, you will need to purchase the package for every person within your booking/party. You can add multiple packages to your booking at check-out as it is priced per person.

Please note: Allow a reasonable amount of time to enter The Gateway Building and proceed to Level 2 for this class.

Salt Meats Cheese (Circular Quay) adheres to COVID-19 government guidelines. They won't run this class if they've had flu symptoms in the last 14 days.

Our private cooking space as part of regular practice, is disinfected with food grade sanitiser along with all equipment and materials. Gloves are available and frequent washing of hands is already part of our cooking class schedule.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!
