In this beginner-friendly class, the experts at Salt Meats Cheese will guide you through the steps of creating and shaping vegan fettuccine and spaghetti pasta plus how to whip up delicious sauces packed with vegetables and fresh, flavourful herbs.
While you wait in anticipation of your vegan creation, you can sip on a glass of vegan wine/beer and enjoy plant-based Pizzas and snacks.
As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! Pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for two-hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers for an extra $39 per person (purchase at checkout or ask your host on arrival).

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.
