Working with clay can be a soothing and meditative activity, allowing you to unwind and focus on the present moment. In this wheel throwing class, you'll be guided by our experienced instructors, who will help you discover the joy of working with your hands and seeing your ideas come to life.
If you're new to pottery, fear not! Our supportive team is great with beginners, delivering step-by-step instructions to ease you into the process.
Learn how to create unique ceramic bowls using the pottery wheel, connecting with your creativity as you mould and shape the clay. By the end of the class, you will feel a sense of accomplishment with your beautifully crafted pottery pieces, each one a reflection of your own creativity and newfound skills.
Limited spots.
*We will glaze and fire your artwork in approximately 5 weeks. Once they are ready we will contact you to let you know suitable times for collection. We cannot store artworks for longer than 6 months due to space limitations. After this time, all uncollected works will be donated.
* The utmost care will always be taken with your precious artworks. Occasionally, ceramics crack or break in the firing process. We cannot accept liability under these circumstances.
* Up to 1 item is included in this workshop. Any additional items can be glazed and fired at a small cost, which is payable on the day.
We require a minimum number of enrolments to run the class. In the event that the class does not reach minimum numbers, we will cancel and reschedule your booking.

  • Take home one beautifully glazed handmade pot. Extra items can be finished for $15 per pot.

What to bring
Old clothes, enclosed shoes, a water bottle, a towel, and an apron are recommended.
