We thoroughly enjoyed our wood fired pizza oven class. Learnt the whole process from start to finish (including starting the fire), making delicious pizzas from scratch and learning other useful tips, techniques and recipes in a fun environment. After filling up on our freshly made pizzas in class, we came home with more dough balls ready to make at home. Definitely recommend this class and teacher. :) Natalie and Brett

What a surprise! I bought this class as a gift for a family member and decided I would tag along for company. What a great time and experience we had. The venue was ultra professional and the Chef, Joe, was knowlegable, helpful and patient - not to mention and excellent chef! By the time the class had finished, I was confident to make beautiful pizza from scratch. I would recommend Joe and the Pizza making class to anyone.

The class was well organised and we were given some great practical ideas on woodfired pizza from the teacher. I highly recommend the class for beginners and even those who have some experience.

Teacher was great. Very personable and knowledgeable - just a little hard to understand with the heavy accent, but after about 10 mins my ears adjusted
The venue was good. Set up with plenty of space.
The class timing was advertised as 3-3.5 hours. We were done in under 2.5. which was a little disappointing, but still lots of fun
I learnt that gluten free pizza can be very good and that cooking in a woodfire is a craft!

Joe is a very good teacher who knows the topic very well and his experiences show through.

The room is freshly renovated and is very clean and set up well for a wood fired pizza class.

All the ingredients and utensils were top notch and assisted to make the practical part of the season very easy and enjoyable.
