Learn how to paint abstract art at this colourful Sydney workshop. You will take home a beautiful completed artwork on your desired canvas size!

This abstract painting class is great for beginners as no previous art skills are required. You will be introduced to the major themes in abstract painting, and learn everything about colour, using texture, making an effective composition, and brush and acrylic paint handling.

You will be required to bring along two canvases in the size you wish to paint on as well as your brushes, so when you arrive you are ready to dive straight into the workshop. The workshop will begin with an introduction to abstract art and abstract composition, before moving on to practising colour mixing and layering using provided acrylic paints. You will learn various paint application techniques and be able to complete your artwork under the guidance of your instructor.

When the workshop concludes you will feel confident in abstract art painting and will have a beautiful artwork to impress your friends and family!
