Ramy Zach | Founder & Teacher at AdiyogaWith over 20 years of movement experience, I specialize in teaching classical Hatha Yoga in its purest form.After two decades as a personal trainer, I spent four years at the Isha Yoga Ashram in India, completing a 1, 750-hour residential teacher training program. In 2021, I founded Adiyoga to share these authentic practices.Moving away from casual drop-in classes, I teach structured, step-by-step weekend workshops in practices like Surya Kriya and Yogasanas, empowering students with a lifelong self-practice. Learning and practicing this way goes far beyond physical fitness—it leads to elevated energy levels and naturally opens the door to deep meditation.I keep our classes intimate so every student receives careful, personal guidance. Having taught hundreds of students in Sydney, my goal is to equip you with a genuine, transformative practice for life.
