Yoga Beginner Course (2 Sessions)

Our Yoga Beginner Course is an introduction to simple, yet powerful, yogic practices.

5 hours total (over 2 dates) Location Earlwood Class size 1 to 12 (public classes), 1 to 10   $150 (Afterpay available)

Our Yoga Beginner Course is an introduction to simple yet powerful yogic practices, carefully selected to provide a strong foundation for those who are new to yoga or wish to establish a regular personal practice.
Dates: 31st of Oct + 1st of Nov (both sessions are mandatory)
Devised by Sadhguru and rooted in the classical yogic tradition, the program introduces four complementary practices — Surya Shakti, AUM Chanting, Simha Kriya, and Miracle of Mind Meditation.
Together, they offer a balanced approach to working with the body, breath, mind, and energy system. Far beyond basic exercise or stretches, they provide practical, daily techniques designed to enhance physical vitality, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.
The practices you will learn:
Surya Shakti: An ancient, dynamic Hatha Yoga practice offered in the lineage of Sadhguru. Designed as an active variation of the Sun Salutation, Surya Shakti builds great physical strength, increases aerobic capacity, and invigorates the nervous system.
Mantra "AUM": AUM Chanting is a simple yet profound sacred practice designed to activate and align your system’s core energy centres. Rooted in authentic classical Hatha Yoga in the lineage of Sadhguru, this practice utilises the fundamental sound frequencies of A, U, and M to create deep physical relaxation and mental peace. By vibrating the body’s primary energy hubs, AUM Chanting calms an overactive mind, alleviates anxiety, and improves focus and emotional stability.
Miracle of Mind Meditation: A simple, highly effective guided meditation designed by Sadhguru to help you take charge of your mental health and cultivate daily inner peace. Requiring just 7 minutes a day, this accessible practice creates a space between you and your thoughts, making it easier to manage stress, overcome anxiety, and maintain emotional balance.
Simha Kriya: In the yogic tradition, breath is far more than a survival tool—it is the key to regulating vital energy, emotional balance, and physical immunity. To make this ancient wisdom practical today, Adiyoga introduces Simha Kriya: a simple, 3-minute practice designed to boost lung capacity, strengthen immunity, and protect overall respiratory health.

Ramy Zach | Founder & Teacher at Adiyoga
With over 20 years of movement experience, I specialize in teaching classical Hatha Yoga in its purest form.
After two decades as a personal trainer, I spent four years at the Isha Yoga Ashram in India, completing a 1, 750-hour residential teacher training program. In 2021, I founded Adiyoga to share these authentic practices.
Moving away from casual drop-in classes, I teach structured, step-by-step weekend workshops in practices like Surya Kriya and Yogasanas, empowering students with a lifelong self-practice. Learning and practicing this way goes far beyond physical fitness—it leads to elevated energy levels and naturally opens the door to deep meditation.
I keep our classes intimate so every student receives careful, personal guidance. Having taught hundreds of students in Sydney, my goal is to equip you with a genuine, transformative practice for life.
