Established in 2015, We are a non-for-profit based in Sydney, dedicated to supporting children of African descent, and sharing the richness of African & African Diasporan culture through food, art and community engagement.Chef Michael brings over 30 years of culinary experience to every plate he prepares. Having held Head chef positions for the last 20+ years in Hotel, Café, Club & Gastro Pub bistro environments, he takes great pride in having led kitchen teams by example - demonstrating dedication, consistency and a strong work ethic.
