I am a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who has developed my own business which caters to busy people who need to move safely, effectively and functionally (and have fun while doing so.)

My classes are online live and interactive and range from athletic, clinical beginner, over 60’s, 80’s fun themed and can be tailored to any level group.

I’ve had some great feedback from a large range of clients and have loved providing health and fitness in an entertaining yet effective way.
