Baking Workshop with Natalie Paull

Let there be cake!

4 hours Class size 1 to 10 guests

$240 (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Dust off the icing sugar. Beloved baker Natalie Paull is back with a truckload of baking wisdom, this time with recipes from her forthcoming book, Sweet Heart.
Consider this your permission to spend a Saturday elbow-deep in butter and sugar.
Natalie Paull was born to bake. For 12 years, she ran the much-loved Beatrix bakery in North Melbourne and had a cult sweet tooth following.
This artisan workshop, like her books, is for all of the bakers - the ones who revel in the suspense, joy, and potential devastation of it all, and the ones who love an adventure.
She is the author of Beatrix Bakes and Beatrix Bakes Another Slice, as well as her much-anticipated new book, Sweet Heart - from which you'll be baking recipes in this class.
What to expect:
  • Be one of the first bakers to delve into Sweet Heart on Natalie's Sydney book tour
  • Discover the meditative joy that baking can bring to your life
  • Learn about all the rules and ratios necessary for baking
