I’m a somatic clay therapist offering mindfulness-based pottery wheel classes (Wheelfulness), psychodynamic clay work (Clayfulness), and creative social classes to suit different ages and needs.

My approach is engaging and gentle, drawing on my background in psychology and specialized training in Clay Field® therapy. Before I found my way to clay, I spent several years in academia, designing and teaching psychology courses at university level. That foundation still informs my work today—bringing depth, insight, and clarity to the therapeutic classes I hold.
