What to bring
We've got you covered. We'll provide mats and cushions for your comfort. Just wear something comfy that allows for easy movement. Bring a water bottle and maybe something warm (a small blanket) if you get cold easily.

Hey friends, my name is Mark (he/him) and I'm here to share with you my journey of transformation through the amazing practices of breathwork and meditation.

I used to be a hot mess (burnt out from a start-up and diagnosed with Lyme disease). Seriously, if there was an Olympic event for overthinking, I'd have won the gold medal. I was constantly stressed out, disconnected from my true self, and feeling like life was passing me by. But then, something amazing happened. I discovered the incredible power of breathwork and meditation.

These practices allowed me to connect with my inner self, heal, and ultimately transform my life. I'm now on a mission to share these transformative tools with as many people as possible so they can experience the same kind of change that I did.

My approach is grounded in the belief that these practices should be accessible and relevant to everyday people, not just yogis in the Himalayas. I try my best to simplify and demystify these powerful tools, so that anyone can use them to find peace, reduce stress, and live their best life. I draw from a variety of sources, including ancient wisdom traditions, modern science, and my own personal experiences.
