Throughout the class, you will be guided step-by-step on how to create these mouth-watering Italian cheeses, giving you the confidence to recreate them time and time again.
The class is pre-recorded so you can pause, stop and start to suite your own agenda.

  • 2 Large Bowls
  • 4 Disposable Gloves (latex or vinyl)
  • 2L (2.11qt) Full Cream Unhomogenised* Milk
  • 1-2 Tbs. Pure or Thickened Cream (only if making burrata)
