Your teacher
Starting my career straight out of school, culinary/pastry has always been my passion. Since leaving hotels and bakeries in 2023 after 19 long years, I decided to start teaching my passion, which is pastry. The kitchen, being my happy place, is now a place for me to pass on my knowledge to fellow enthusiasts of the culinary/pastry world. With a wealth of knowledge behind me, I know that I can continue to follow my passion and create truly unique class experiences at the-brownie.
