Recent reviews of Create Your Own Bouquet: A Flower Workshop
- 5/5 from Lany Sumardika, attended Sep 2026: Loved this class! Vanessa was incredibly accommodating with our date requests and was so lovely and knowledgeable throughout the workshop. It's definitely harder than it looks, but she was patient and gave us enough guidance whilst also allowing us to make our own decisions (and mistakes) along the way. A really lovely way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommend!
- 5/5 from Georgina Glossop, attended Jan 2026: Such a great class to learn the basics of bouquet arranging! Ness is super knowledgeable and welcoming and the flowers she provided were absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend!
- 5/5 from Stephen Glossop, attended Jan 2026: Ness was a great instructor, it was a lot of fun with my daughter. Really enjoyed creating a bouquet and learning the florist tips of the trade. Thank you Ness
- 5/5 from Emily Shen, attended Nov 2025: Great class! Vanessa took us through the major concepts in flower bouquet arranging before allowing us to get creative. The 3 of us all had unique bouquets, despite the core flowers being the same, which was really cool! The end result was stunning. Really enjoyable class
Your teacher
I'm Vanessa, the lead florist of Floral Ness. I've taught many disciplines throughout my career, including music and filmmaking, and I'm proud to add floristry to the mix!Using the freshest floral ingredients directly from the flower markets, I aim to share my knowledge of technique and design, which I've also learnt myself along the way, through my own experience and from my studies in Cert III Floristry at TAFE. Flowers are nature's gifts, and creating art through the colour palette and textures can bring great joy and relaxation while brightening up your decor and mood.I like to keep classes casual and fun, and I hope you get to take home more than just flowers - some great memories and laughter along the way!
