Some goals stay with us for months, even years—not because they don't matter, but because we rarely give ourselves the time and space to explore them.
What you'll do
Future You Starts Now is a two-hour coaching workshop for women who are ready to pause and give their attention to something that's important to them.
Bring a goal you'd like to focus on over the next 6–12 months. Through thoughtful coaching questions, conversation, writing, and reflection, you'll look at it from fresh perspectives and notice how you're relating to it. That awareness often changes the next step.
You'll leave with greater clarity about what matters to you, a deeper awareness of how you're relating to your goal, and a meaningful first step towards moving it forward.
What you'll get
  • A short grounding exercise to arrive, settle and bring your attention to the workshop.
  • Thoughtful coaching questions that invite you to look at your goal from different perspectives.
  • Time to write and reflect on what arises.
  • Opportunities for conversation and listening within the group.
  • Opportunities to experiment with different writing styles, colour and simple mark-making as another way of expressing what you notice.
  • A closing reflection to gather what you've noticed and consider what you want to take forward.
  • A supportive small-group experience, limited to 20 women.
Who it's for
You might come with something you've been thinking about for a while, something you've already begun, or an idea that's only starting to take shape.
Your goal might relate to your work, creativity, relationships, lifestyle, learning or something entirely your own.
You don't need to know how you're going to get there. That's part of what you'll have the space to explore.
Knowledge required
No previous coaching or creative experience is necessary. This workshop is beginner-friendly.
What to bring
  • A goal you'd like to focus on over the next 6–12 months.
  • Your favourite journal or notebook and something to write with.
  • Any coloured pens, pencils, or other writing materials you'd enjoy using (optional).
  • An open mind and a willingness to participate.

For over 15 years I've been creating spaces where people can slow down, pay attention and discover something new about themselves. Long before I began coaching, I was doing this through my work as an audio-visual artist, curator and as Co-founder and Director of Operations of the Bogong Centre for Sound Culture, where I've worked with artists, communities and audiences from around Australia and internationally.
What has always fascinated me is the relationship between creativity, curiosity and change. Whether I'm working with someone in a coaching conversation or guiding a creative workshop, I'm interested in creating the conditions where people feel comfortable to explore, experiment and see things differently.
My workshops bring together coaching, creativity and reflective practice. Rather than teaching people to make something "perfect", I invite them to become curious, trust their own instincts and discover what emerges through the process. I believe some of our best insights come when we stop trying to find the right answer and instead give ourselves permission to notice, play and explore.
Teaching is something I genuinely love because every group is different. I enjoy watching people arrive feeling uncertain or hesitant, then gradually relax, connect with others and surprise themselves with what they're capable of. Creating that kind of environment is incredibly rewarding.
Alongside my creative practice, I'm a qualified Professional Coach (PCC) through Noble Manhattan Coaching and I'm currently completing my Creativity Coaching Diploma. My background spans artistic practice, curation, mentoring and coaching, giving me a unique perspective on helping people navigate both creative and life transitions.
Whether you join me to explore creativity, reconnect with yourself or simply try something different, my hope is that you'll leave with fresh perspectives, greater confidence and the feeling that there might be more possibilities than you imagined.
